Zach Wood is a multi-Emmy Award-winning documentary director of photography. Based in Washington, DC, his work spans medical, military, nature, animal, and political documentaries and has appeared on HBO, Showtime, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, ABC, NBC, PBS, Vice, Smithsonian, and E!, just to name a few. Zach also works in branded content, commercials, and music videos, as well as still photography. He started his career as an editor, which shows in his attention to detail in the field and his ability to weave story and images together. He originally hails from Texas and lives in Northwest DC with his wife.
